All of our house charcuterie is made by hand, with love and care,
using old world methods. We take great pride in our craft and
in our support of local farms such as Sloping Hills Farm for pork,
Parry Bay Farm for lamb, and Stonefield Farms for beef.
Each item is $4 and is served with homemade mustards and pickles.
